The Nguzo Saba 365 is not an NPF at this time, it is a small Black owned business enterprise.
Absolutely! Though this space is specifically curated to reach people of African descent, EVERYONE is welcome to learn in the spirit of understanding the importance of our mission. Consider checking out our Allyship Training and Consultation for the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Black history, culture as well as the relevance of cultural education to improve outcomes for historical opposed people who have experienced trauma around foundational heritage theft.
Tonia Rutledge, our founder and CEO, ran this fledging initiative nearly single handedly from its inception and was forced to take a hiatus with the birth of her second child. She is excited to return to this labor of love and hopes to garner the support needed to manage The Nguzo Saba 365.
The Nguzo Saba 365 does not endorse any particular religion. Christian, Muslim, Hebrew Israelite, Kem, Agnostic, Atheist etc are all welcome. This is a safe space for people of African descent of all beliefs. This is not intended to be a space to coerce others to follow your faith walk or leave their own. It is simply a space for us to come together and celebrate who we are and grow stronger communities.
Absolutely! We seek unity amongst our people, not division. We are aware people have their own beliefs about a number of societal phenomena. This is not the place to hash those differences out. This is a place where we celebrate our Blackness in all its different manifestations and intersectionality.
