The Principled African Kids Klub teaches children ages 3-11 on the Nguzo Saba (seven principles) with educational funshops, literature, music and more. Opportunities for children ages 12-17 are also available to learn through ambassadorship. Limited opportunities for scholarship are also available. More information coming soon.

Meaning "one in health" in Swahili, we offer culturally affirming opportunities for cardiovascular exercise, meditation and strength training for varied skill levels and ages as well as health and wellness tips under the guidance of a licensed Master level Occupational Therapist. Education and guidance offered on individual basis to learn how to be a stronger ally of those in African Diaspora. Ideal audience includes those outside of the Diaspora with biracial (Black) children, transracial adoptees, those working or residing in predominantly Black communities or workplaces etc. Please note, training and consultation are available with the assumption the trainee is starting in the spirit of more information and a deeper understanding.
